"The original gel had a fairly strong scent to it and I love that NEWA switched over to the Delicate gel to be more inclusive of those who prefer no fragrance after receiving customer feedback. Just shows they take customers seriously and I find that their customer service is excellent overall. NEWA has formulated their gel specifically for their device and used it in all the studies they conducted based on what I’ve read so I like to stick to their gel vs using other random brands. Offers great conductivity and glide."
