In order to maximize the treatment results with NEWA, it is recommended you perform a full treatment series 4- 5 times a week for a period of 1 month.
After the end of the first month, you may want to continue maintenance treatments 2 times a week.
NEWA Wireless

NEWA Wireless
The wireless version of our Classic model. If the NEWA+ does not turn on and there's no LED display, connect the device to the charger and plug it into an electrical outlet until the device is fully charged. We recommend charging your device after each treatment.

Device Care
To get the best out of your NEWA device, it is vital to properly clean it after each treatment.
- Make sure your NEWA is switched off and disconnected from the power source
- Lightly dampen a washcloth with water
- Gently wipe the electrodes of your device to remove any remaining gel residue
- Gently wipe down the case of your device and let your NEWA air dry
If it’s been a while since you last cleaned your device and you've noticed some product hanging around, use rubbing alcohol instead of water to wipe down your device and disinfect it.
